Forest hill wrestling is going strong! Congratulations Benson Joseph and Ozell York who won the District Championships. Now the team is headed off to the regional championships. After months of training they have made it to districts. who knows what they can do next? Maybe Benson Joseph will head to states for two years running.

After their ups and downs the wrestling team has taken out mostly all of their opponents.  their only loss going to John I Lenard. Which happened most likely because John I did not put a wrestler against Benson Joseph. But besides that they have not lost a single meet.
Now people think that wrestling is a easy sport. Its very competitive and people can get caught up in the mist that you do not have to work hard like every other sports, which is wrong. A lot of heart and drive is needed if you want to do wrestling.

Head Coach, Nesty Nunez (a former Falcon wrestler himself) and says that he and the team are nervous for the regionals coming up, but he is very confident with the guys that are left on the team. “The heart on this team is amazing and I believe we are going to do well in districts,” Nunez said.
Senior Benson Joseph plans on winning regionaland bringing more than himself to states. He wants to bring most of the team with states with him. The coaches and Benson have pushed the team to its limits and are working to do well at regionals. Hopefully they’re strong mentally and physically, and hard work will lead them to victory.
Also the coaches ask for School support. “It is all of you that make this schools sports above expectations,” Nunez saif. “The more people that go out and watch our teams the more money we have to get new equipment. Also to make the team better as a whole, like more members for the squad. This support and hard work will make the team great.”
